Yeah, I think Walker will love it
. I did see the parmesan crusted chicken recipe, too, and I want to try that as well. When I first started MF I was afraid to really enjoy cooking still, or something. I felt like I needed to make less of it altogether, so, I didn't really try much other than satueeing veggies and the hubby would grill some meat.
But, I do *love* cooking and now that I have some new tools (and a little more perspective on my MF adventure
), I have a desire to try some yummy but MF compliant things out.
I want to try some kind of mock eggplant parmesan/lasagna type of thing (the eggplant would be in place of the pasta).
What fun !!
