The Dutch Chocolate is my favorite, but you can spice up some of these flavors and make them more interesting. Google for "Da Vinci syrups" and check out the sugar-free, calorie-free, carb-free flavors you can add to shakes for a different taste. Check out the Lean Cuisine forum here for more ideas.

As for the French Vanilla, try adding some cinnamon and nutmeg to it and blending it -- yummy!

Chai latte is my favorite in the Magic Bullet and the Peach tea needs to get lost.

Although I like the shakes as-is, I have come to believe that Torani sugar-free hazelnut flavored syrup is my best friend! It really perks up the apple and cinnamon oatmeal, too.

Of all the regular shakes I've tried, I think the Dutch Chocolate is the best as-is or with a flavoring added. Is it just me, or does it seem to get thicker than the others?

Dutch Chocolate and Swiss Mocha are some of my favorites. I recently bought a box of Strawberry to try, and I'm adding it to my list of keepers. I can't stand the french vanilla on its own. I can mix it with another shake to make it bearable. For work I often pre-mix 2 shakes together in a large shaker jar that is measured out. So strawberry and vanilla go together and I drink half for one meal and half for another meal. I've also become a big fan of the cranberry mango drink. That one is my favorite to throw in the blender with some ice.

I love all the shakes, probably because of how I prepare them. I add a tbsp. of sugar free instant pudding to 'em before I blend them! My DR. said that was OK (He actually suggested it!) and because I'm on the complete program, it hasn't messed up my losing at all. Your DR., and Nancy and your health advisor may say "no" though. :)

Hi everyone
I love dutch chocalate and swiss mocha and the soups.
I didn't care for the peanut butter bars.
I did buy some sf peanutbutter syrup and put it in the chocalate shake . That is realy good.

Hi LeeAnn
I'm glad you like the mocha to. Your doing so great.
I'm not down to an 18 yet. but that sounds so good. I just got into a pair of 20w on Thursday. Started at 22w.

I like the swiss mocha-- smells/tastes like chocolate cake batter to me. :)

The vanilla is my favorite, though, because I can do so much with the syrups to change the flavor.

I've never had the MF chai latte but last night it was chilly here in the midwest and I tried something new.

I read that the products are okay (don't lose nutritive value) hot or cold so I tossed some water and a vanilla packet in the blender, added a shot of sugar free chai syrup (davinci's) and blended it til it was silky smooth. Poured it into a sauce pan and heated it just to a nice drinking temperature.

It was SO good. I got about two nice mugs out of it (added extra water) and it really hit the spot. It's gonna be great on those cold winter nights as my last MF supplement.

OH, my guy liked it so much he's jumping on the MF wagon--for the protein benefits more than for weightloss. Or maybe he just plain loves the taste. :)

I ordered some of the MF chai to compare to my "recipe". If I like it just as well, it'll save me the expense of the syrup.
