Hi all. I know in my post yeterday I was all down in the dumps. but I am feeling much better today. I love having this site to come to for advice, encouragement, and just a pick-me-up. I honestly dont think I would still be on this diet after 3 months, if it were not for all of you. I love reading the posts, seeing new pics being posted, and just hearing all of your success stories. I just wanted to tell you guys that I really do appreciate all of you.

So GLAD you're feeling better!

My 3-month anniversary is Tuesday and I get a little down in the dumps too, but just remember that I'm doing what's best for myself and I do something else until the feeling goes away!

I agree that without the support and love on this board, I wouldn't be doing NEARLY as good as I am (as if I'd be still on the program at all! We're here for you, and you're doing GREAT!
