Today was my "official" weigh in, I'm doing Mondays because I like to start my week off knowing what my goals are, so I run downstairs and hop on the scale (which is right next to the trash can, motivation???).
I'm down 13 pounds in one week!

I know the weight loss won't be like this always, but dang! I'm still a bit lethargic, I'm hoping it will pass soon

Can anyone suggest what good goals are? I've been thinking 20 pound increments as my goal, then slowing down to 10 and then 5 pound increments once I get closer to my goal. So it would look something like:
327/307/287/267/247/237/227/207/202/197/192/187/182/180
Do you think that's sane? I don't want to put too much pressure on myself, I already have a lot :P
