Awww, I love Oregon and Washington. Grew up in Redding CA, right on Interstate 5 and loved going to Oregon and Washington every year to ski and for summer camp! My husband recently went to SunValley Resort on a business trip. He said he loved it. I love the pine trees and sweet air. I miss it!!!!


Oh, by the way, GREAT JOB GETTING IN TO THE 30 POUND CLUB!!! (I am 4/10ths of a pound away..grrr...stupid accurate scales! stupid!!!)

Hah! Great question - you ARE inquisitive, aren't you? Actually the trunk is so teensy there is hardly any room in there for my purse - I carry a large one when I'm gone for the day - Unca took me for a ride and I loved it. I fit in that seat perfectly. When Unca was up north seeing his friends and family, Terry chauffeured me all about in Unca’s Elise. It is a small car- fits ya like a glove and lemme tell ya, it is difficult to gracefully extract oneself from it wearing a skirt…

Unca has a way cool red convertible, Leopard Woman has a black 2K VeeDub Beetle Bug named Buzz and Terry has a beater silver ’91 Dodge Caravan Named Aggie – (named after the letters for silver on the Periodic Chart of the elements: Ag).

As far as cars go, you have inspired me to name mine. I think I will call it the junk mobile cause everyone leaves their trash there! Some day when there are no more kiddies I am going to buy a car just for me and it's gonna be a hot little number with a sunroof and I am going to drive around all day with my windows down and the music going and my hair flowing in the wind! Now I just gotta talk my hubby into it since I am gonna be sporting a sexy new bod in about a year or so..hehehe

I love my Buzz - the roof is ALWAYS open and the tunes are always playing - I don't have long thick luxurious hair but rather short spiked fur but it flows in the wind as I bip across the Columbia River between Portland, OR and Vancouver,WA!
