yogurt?

Postby iwontplaythefoolnemore » March 7th, 2006, 8:35 pm

My doctor put me on some antibiotics for an ear infection. He advised me to eat yogurt to prevent a yeast infection from developing while I'm on the antibiotics. Of course, that's not on the list of foods we can have. How badly will having a cup of yogurt once a day affect my progress? Does anyone know of any alternatives? I don't want to go off course, but I don't want to risk a yeast infection either. Thanks.

Yogurt

Postby Jan » March 7th, 2006, 8:49 pm

Hi,
Well none us wants that problem  I think what helps us in the yogurt is the acidophilus. If I remember correctly acidophilus is available in pill form too.
