Yesterday i went shopping for some new jeans.. Hubby has business meeting next week and i am going with him so pal from work and other businnes men will be there. They have not seen me at all for a year or so.. any way

I started herein april wearing stretch jeans pull on ones size 20-22.

Yesterday i went and got Zip up ones ahaha.. and they were a size..
Ready for this.!!!!
drum roll please!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A SIZE 14!!!!!!!!!!!
Yes 14.. and i got into the 12 but they were just a tad tight yet so another 15 pounds or so tell i get to those maybe..
but still a 14.. yippie cant belive it... i have not worn that size jeans for years.. ok and then some.. haha..

so any way just had to post and tell you all.

If you are just starting this.. STAY with it.. It takes some work.
it takes mind over matter to stay with it..
and will power some times for sure.. But wow what a great thing and what success..

Ok thats it thank you all.

Yes i like that and try to think often...

also think of this one when ever i have thought i wanted to eat something i shouldnt..
i have had that before i no what it taste like i dont need it..

I do believe that it is really mind over matter. Some people would disagree over that with me. But if you want to do this then you can. IF we are here and on MF most likley we are used to over eating. I know I did for sure..
So if you want to lose then you have to tell your self you can and will and remind yourself how you got here in the first place.

IT is not easy that is for sure....
But we all no our mind is a huge part of any thing we do.. Letting us go forward or letting us fail.

Any way weird thinking maybe. I dont no. I do no that there have been many many times i wanted to eat or have some thing my skinny hubby was eating.. Haha. But i had to just tell myself ok and then where would i be? Will that ice cream help me or hurt me. Well hurt me of course.

I do believe that MF has been the best diet for me and i have done about all of them. I do feel great and i lost so good that it kept me encouraged.

No I am down from 257 to 187 as of today.. Trying hard to hit that 75 lb point.. hopfully soon..

Well any way enough said..
back to the house work.. hehehe
have a great day all.

Postby pandasmom » September 20th, 2006, 11:29 am

Thanks everyone

The hubby just saw them for a minute i did put them on to show him what i bought

but next week he has to go to Sacramento on business. I am going with him so will take them there with a nice new top for dinner...
he will have bosses and other important people there so i wanted to look fairly nice

plus is it also so nice to get soemt hing newin a smaller size

so next week he will really see me. I am so blessed and lucky.
I do have the best hubby ever.. He is so so so very supportive of me and this whole thing..
he is as skinny as a rail always has been always will be. He always just wants whats good for me and for me to be healthy.
So i am so very lucky he puts up with me making fish or chicken for every meal as thats what i eat mostly..............
