Hi again Jessie
Medifast does have a salad dressing but it is being reforumulated at the present time. I'm not sure when it will be here again but will be in individual packages -- I think if I remember correctly.

Jessie

Walden Farms makes salad dressings that are legal along with some other sauces. They are carb free and fat free and have no sugar.

Re: Walden Farms dressings.

They are calorie free, too! I really don't understand how they do it because they taste really really good. I had the Creamy bacon on my salad last night and it was great!

Lisa, Hmmmm I just re-read the box to make sure. The packet says "Creamy Bacon Dressing - Calorie Free, Sugar Free, Fat Free, Cholesterol Free, Carbohydrate Free" all on the front of the pack. The nutrition Facts are -0- everything except sodium. It has 6g of sodium.

I have Creamy Bacon, Ranch, Thousand Island, Italian, Honey Mustard, and French.....they're all the same nutrition facts.

Of course, the 40 calories in yours is still within our limits for dressing......not bad at all.

Yep, went to the website. The service was pretty fast, too.

Tonight, I had the cocktail sauce with my shrimp....again, no calories, no nuttin' and it was very good.
