For spur of the moment things, can Medifast be bought at any retail establishments? Like bars, or other things that you might not want to order alot of?

Finalstraw,

Sometimes it seems everyday is filled with 'spur of the moment' things! I put a couple bars in my glove box, one in my laptop case and one in my coat pocket. I bought the ready to drink boxes and this afternoon when I ran out to do errands, I grabbed one 'just in case'. I didn't want to have ANY reason to succumb to the temptations at the checkout counter or at Costco (oh my goodness was Costco HARD to do but I did it and so can you!)

Hope this helps!
