Went out to dinner with my old eating buddies. This was my first social night out since starting the program 2 months ago. I had a small field green salad with vinagrette, rare broiled ahi tuna with a steamed broccoli side and a glass of white wine. They ate bread, pasta, and dessert. I wasn't even tempted. WooHoo! Now I'm drinking a big bottle of water. Looking forward to tomorrow's weigh in. :bananadance:

Congrats! It is not easy- I went to TGI Friday's with my husband and ordered chicken fajitas- extra onions, extra peppers. I had to ignore the rice and toriallas it came with, as well as the guacamole that I adore.

We went to mexican restaurant the other night and I just asked them to substitute a big side salad for my rice and beans. No problem. I also ask for double veggies and no potatos or rice when I eat out. i've never been refused. Most restaurants are used to accomodating diet restrictions.
