OK..............I got on the scale this morning and lost 2 lbs. I was so discouraged about not losing anything but my initial 8 lbs. the first few days I wanted to give up. Today is the first day of my 3rd week so maybe I'm just a slow loser but at least a loser!

Lamobe,

The same thing happened to me. 8.8 lbs the first week, but only a fraction of a lb in week two. Now in week four, the scale is starting to move more frequently.

Hang in there. It's so worth it!!

Ohhh goood!!
I'm happy for you .. I still think you lost four pounds of fat that first week. You are averaging 2 pounds a week... it's coming off :D I'll be checking.

Glad the scale is moving again!
I will never question the rate my body loses...I just know if I stick with it I will get where I'm going and either way I feel much better than I did the way I was eating before! Good for you for sticking with it!
