HELLO To every one....Today is day seven one week on MFast..I'm soo Pleased to report a 5 yes five pound drop! Yay... I still can not believe it...I'm walking on air.
Well all 5 down 45 to go..(unless Im moved to change my goal)...

Don't be too quick to change your goal.......wait until you have just about reached your original goal then adjust as needed. It is harder to finish a race when they keep moving the finish line back once you have started running.
I moved my goal after achieving the first goal. It does get addicting.
