thanks so much to all of you . If I hadn;t went off I would have been to goal a long time ago .but can;t cry over spilled milk so It;s a do over but-------- I will see it to the very end this time what a lesson I learned .and take it from me everone do not quit before you get to your goal. I already feel so much better and my sugar is already dropping I have been able to cut my medicine back to 2 pills a day I was takung 3 a day. peaches
