Whoopieeee...yeeeehaaaa....awright!!!
After two and a half weeks.....drum roll please I dropped 2 pounds from yesterday morning to this morning!!!
Ok, enough celebrating. In case anyone is interested, I followed all the advice I got from the wonderful losers on here! I cut out the bars and Davinci SF stuff. Then for a few days I only had an oatmeal muffin for breakfast, 3 shakes during the day, my L&G for supper and another shake late in the evening. I guess my body got used to the routine: oatmeal, soup, shake, bar, L&G, shake cookies. I guess the ol' system needed a little "shaking up"!! Sorry, bad pun...I'm just giddy with happiness.
40 pound club....here I come!!!
But first gotta go update the ol' ticker!!
