Well its weigh in day today.
Only 6lbs total loss!!!!
It was 8 midweek but 2 crept back in!!!
This is my third week and I have only had "1"bad day that I just needed to take a complete break from the plan. Didn't even eat all that bad that "1" day. Ugghhhh!!!!
I do need to up the water intake and see if that will help and perhaps try the full fast to see if that can speed things along. Perhaps some of us can't have that one little lean green meal.
