I Have only been on this diet a little less then a month and I am now at a 15lb weight loss!!!....Now, I have "cheated" a few times and had prime rib for dinner and chicken wings for dinner a few times (which I'm sure kept me from losing more) but I feel good!!!! I just ordered more shakes and will be delivered tomorrow ... I'll try to be better this coming month!!! I have decided to do just 5 shakes a day and my lean and green instead of the bars,soups... etc.... I feel I do better that way....
I still have to touch base with a health advisor but my life is very hectic and high stress.... one of these days !!!!
