SO SO SORRY ....IF I SCARED YOU ALL WITH THAT CRAZY LOUD SCREAM I DID THIS MORNING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :oops:

BUT!!!!!!!!!! AFTER ALOMOST 10 DAYS OF SEEING THE SCALE AT THE SAME NUMBER(and i am olny on day 17) The scale dropped 2lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!

I decided to cut the bar yesterday and get on the stationary bike for a slow 30 min ride.Drank so so so much water my eyes were floating.Not sure if all that made a difference or It was time for the stall to be over.

All I know is ....YAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!

That is fantastic. i know how depressing it can be when you are 100% compliant and the scale refuses to budge. Good job!! :yourock:

Thanks so much Ladies!!!!!!!!!!

I am super JAZZZZZZZZZED....

and I am at 200lbs now...."One" more gone and so so soooooooo longggggggggg to that number forever!!!!!!!!

I will be in ONEDERLAND....... as you all say.

I'll scream even louder when that happens. LOL
