I have a life-long (adult) history of weight yo-yoing. Over the past 15 years, I have been on Nutrisystem, Jenny Craig, LA Weight Loss, WeightWatchers, and Atkins (I gained 7# in one week on Atkins - hey, they said I could have all the butter, eggs, cheese, cream and steak I wanted- I took their word for it! ).
I always managed to keep the weight in check, because I was in the Army, and they make you weigh in every 6 months and you have to fall within an acceptable weight range. Since retiring 3 years ago, I have gained 20#! And this makes retirement not nearly as fun as it could be.
I wanted fast weight loss results to keep me motivated (WW is WAY too slow). In two weeks of MF, I have lost 8#!!! And the food is just fine! I hope I can keep it off once I reach goal!
