I'm on my way to work but I was so excited I just had to stop in a minute. After less than 2 weeks on the program, I can see results! No, I haven't weighed myself lately (I'm waiting til I can handle it) but I tried on a couple of pairs of khaki pants that fit me well several years ago, but when I tried them on again about a month ago, they wouldn't close at all over my stomach. I guess you can see why I got on MediFast!

Today, I put them on and they FIT!!!

Just call me the incredible shrinking anthropologist....

Wow. After so many depressing years of outgrowing my clothes, the idea of having to buy new SMALLER clothes is a major motivator!

Hey there Seaside - great job on the pants victory! I just love it when I'm able to fit into my old "new" clothes. I have this one dress I keep trying on that is getting better and better - not long before I'll wow the whole office in THAT one!
