Thanks Dede! You have been one of my mentors along the way and I appreciate it the affirmation. What's best (besides being healthier) is how so many people around me have been influenced. It is truly contagious!

Thank you, Linda! My weight loss was not rapid like some people have experienced it--about 15 lbs. per month at first--but those pounds add up! I know my success can also be yours. Keep up the good work!
