I buy this magazine every week at the grocery store. On the front cover it read, 'Fast-Results Diets doctors love! Hospital-approved miracle shake melts 48 lbs in 16 weeks! I had to go to the article immediately and read it. Lo and behold it was an article on Medifast. On the front cover it had a picture of Laurie Brown (success story) who lost 37 lbs in two months. Her aunt had lost 60 lbs. on it. The article briefly mentions the plan, what to do, why doctors recommend it, who it is best for and a sample menu. Anyway, thought everyone would like to know this little tidbit of info.

Wow! you seen it too, funny thing is.. that is how I learned about Medifast and got on board. After reading that article I realized it was perfect for me!

Well I'm glad you saw it then. Medifast has been good to me and many others on this forum. This is a great support group and I hope you post and join us.
