yipeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i didn't think that i would lose anymore after sunday'e weigh-in, but look
3 MORE LBS. take is a total of 15# in 14 days. i'm excited.
keep up the good advice and tips, it's working

good for you! are you doing the full fast? I am wondering what people are having in their lean and greens so I can compare to mine. Mind giving me an example of your day? ;)
