I DID IT!! :whoohoo: :partytime: :whoohoo: :coolnana:

I hit the 30lbs mark today! Tommorrow is my 2 month anniversary on MF. I am so happy. I haven't seen the 180's in more than 12 years.

Medifast has given me so much hope, so much more energy to do things with my kids. This was the best decission I made.

I just had to share my joy. This forum has been so great. I look forward to reading the post everyday. Thanks everyone!
