are you truly hungry or is your tummy just shouting? Mine sometimes makes noises even though it's full, and I have to sit there and be like, yo tummy, eat the food you already got, k? but then you should also remember like we're lucky enough to have that time of the month and all of the associated hormonal changes. That can also make us hungrier.

Maybe you've been more active during the day today than you are usually.. it could be a number of things. If it won't go away, have another supplement or if you haven't had your snack yet today, have an approved snack and see if that helps.

I had a grumbly tummy today - I chalked it up to TOM coming (hopefully soon).

Mine was getting grumbly every day after I had a bar. It's been much better since I pretty much eliminated them.

Yep I have gotten the rumbles too but I also noticed that many times after a day or two of huner pains I had a pretty big loss so maybe you are in for a nice surprise in a few days

I think it is a good idea to have a legal snack if it presists.

You are doing so well!

It's so funny you should mention that. Mine has been doing the same thing.

Interestingly, it is NOT hungry grumbles for me. Simply gurgly noises. It isn't heartburn or lactose intolerance, either, which is described in the FAQ's. Just a sort of bubbling grumbling.

I decided that my tummy is PO'd because it misses its yummy treats, and I've decided to ignore it. It works with my kids when they are having a tantrum, so why not my belly??? :) :) :)

Still, if there are any words of wisdom out there I'd love to hear it too! 8)
