Well this is day three of week three and for some reason I woke up feeling hungry this morning. This is very unusual for me. I wonder if I did something to make me go out of ketosis? Last night I had a seafood salad with bluecheese dressing on the side and dipped my fork. I also had a couple of bites of avacado that were in the salad. I only had about two tablesspoons of the avacado because I know it has alot of fat. But does it have alot of carbs?Could the salsd dressing have alot of carbs? Im puzzled as I have not done anything else different.
