50 is Way More Nifty!
Great way to celebrate my 2 month anniversary.
For all of you that are stuck on plateaus...<img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/23/23_10_1.gif' border=0>.
Looking back over my tracking program, I had several plateaus between weeks 3 and 5 and was becoming very dispirited (sp?) <img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/4/4_9_9.gif' border=0>
In the first week my weight loss was so dramatic...(14 pounds!) that I thought the program would be a snap and I'd be at goal in just a few months.
Then in week 3 it came to a grinding halt and I averaged a little over a pound with big spikes up and down. I was looking for an excuse to quit and the good folks here helped talk me through it.
Listen to what the veterans on this board have to say. Stick to the program and it will work for you and be sure to look for the "little non-scale victories" to tide you over when the scale seems stuck.
