Yea, like OWTO said, every "body" is different. I know many women lament the loss of "the girls" before anything else, but not me. My sister lost most of her's in her face and upper body first so she didn't see changes in her clothing size as fast as I did. My biggest losing area is in my lower body (hips, thighs, waist etc) which is exactly where I needed it most. Once you have been on the program for a month or so you can start to do some weight training and cardio exercise. When you get going on a certain routine, you can start to focus on specific areas. I am really working on my bat wings (upper arms) right now, but I also want to continue to see losses in my hips and thighs also.
An important tip is to make sure you measure various parts of your body. Don't just weigh yourself because you will notice times when your body is changing in size, but the scale isn't moving. If you are totally reliant on the numbers on the scale you will find yourself getting discouraged.
