I have a question, If I have a MF Shake at 7Am and finish it by 7:30- 8:00 AM do I count the time When I finish it or when I started it? I know probably a Dumb question but I wanted to know to make sure I am doing this right.
There are most likely different answers about this but I always time my meal from beginning to beginning. So, if my first meal is at 7:00 my next one will be between 9:30 and 10:00 (2 1/2 -- 3 hrs apart)

I have always timed my meals from the time I start the meal like Jan and I have been very happy with me weight loss. I would guess it is an individual thing.
