When to Time your Next MF meal

I have a question, If I have a MF Shake at 7Am and finish it by 7:30- 8:00 AM do I count the time When I finish it or when I started it? I know probably a Dumb question but I wanted to know to make sure I am doing this right.

There are most likely different answers about this but I always time my meal from beginning to beginning. So, if my first meal is at 7:00 my next one will be between 9:30 and 10:00 (2 1/2 -- 3 hrs apart)

This question actually came up on another MF board. The MF nutrionist said to count from the end of one meal to the beginning of the next.

I have always timed my meals from the time I start the meal like Jan and I have been very happy with me weight loss. I would guess it is an individual thing.

I also time my meals from when I start one. It has worked for me..9lb loss so far!!

Thanks Everyone! I have been doing it from start to start and wanted to see how everyone else was doing it.

Having my Nanner Shake right now in fact for breakfast. :-P
