Sure do enjoy getting everyones tips and fav's! Here are mine...

 I mix the chocolate shake with cola and ice, and the vanilla with orange soda and ice (diet of course). They end up tasting like floats and are double filling with the carbonation.
 I make the chili with salsa also, adding it during the second phase of the nuking process... and duh, never thought of making it the night before. This way I can take it to work. I usually only do the chicken noodle at work because it is easier to fix.
 I love the oatmeals (all of them) I also make pancakes out of them and am going to try the cookies.
 When I have the cappicino, I mix in real coffee to get my caffine boost for the day. So for those of us who don't like our cappicino as sweet, this works great and you get a bigger serving to boot.
 I have also made popciles out of the different shakes, for an icecream substitue. I put them in a bowl, as they beging to melt they become more creamery.
 My favorite bars are the oatmeal, peanut, chocolate mint and chocolate divine (in that order)
 and last but not least! Gotta have my package of crakers each day, when I'm wanting carbs the most.

There you have it... Those are my fav's. How about you all?

Have a great Wednesday! Blessings, Bess :)

I have lots of favorites....I've been so thrilled with the taste of the Medifast foods. I was willing to eat this stuff that I actually thought was going to taste awful, but with the hopes of losing weight, I would just do it anyway. What a pleasant surprise to actually LIKE the food and I always feel full - even so much that I forget to eat on time sometimes.

Anyway, my favorite soups are chili (doctored with a spoon of rotel tomatoes), minestrone (same doctoring technique), chicken with rice (I add a little cajun seasoning). I don't really care for the chicken noodle too much, but I tolerate it just fine. I didn't like the cream of broccoli or cream of chicken and I haven't tried the others.

My favorite bars are the Fruit & Nut - which is so ironic - because I didn't even want them. They were in my starter kit & I thought for sure I would hate them - but they have turned out to be my most fav of all. I also like the lemon bars and caramel nut. The smores & oatmeal raisin are ok & I didn't really care for the chocolate divine or peanut butter. I've never tried the chocolate mint.

I like ALL the oatmeals - probably the apple/cinnamon and maple brown sugar the best, but the french vanilla berry one is ok too. I add splenda and a little cinnamon to all of them and I cook them on the stove instead of the microwave. I use almost a cup of water - so it starts out a little runny, but it thickens up nicely. When I used less water, it seemed to chewy or gummy....???....

As for the shakes, I like chocolate the best and I also love mixing the banana and strawberry together and drinking 1/2 now and the other 1/2 later in the day. (now & later - as Nancy calls it!) I used to HATE the vanilla, but have acquired a taste for it now - but I add a little davinci syrup (usually caramel or rasberry). I use my Magic Bullet for mixing my shakes and add crushed ice to about 8.5 oz of water and they are delicious! I didn't have the Magic Bullet when I hated the vanilla, so I don't know if my taste buds changed or mixing it in the bullet makes it taste better. I didn't like the cappucino shake or the swiss mocha & I haven't tasted any of the others.

Cappuccino -- made into a smoothie with crushed ice and eaten with a spoon; to me tastes just like a Frappaccino from Starbucks. A real treat.

Chocolate Pudding -- before bed, usually put in the freezer for a while

The Bars -- any of them, but in particular Caramel Nut or Peanut Butter and Chocolate Mint (tastes like Girl Scout Cookies). Also, Lemon, Oatmeal Raisin....

The Oatmeal -- Apple Cin and Maple Brown Sugar. What would my mornings be like without it? (and sometimes my afternoons) I also like the cookies, but rarely take the time to prepare them. Want to try the pancake.

The Crackers -- a life saver as I walk in the door after work and feel that I must have something to eat immediately; or, alternatively with Chili.

Robust Tomato Soup. Tastes good. Is no fuss easy. Stop gap. Helps get me extra potassium to avoid leg cramps.

Chicken & Rice Soup, Chili (only if it has salsa in it), and Chicken Noodle Soup. All pre-soaked or cooked a while on the stove. Have not really enjoyed the Creamy Soups -- wish I could figure out a trick there.

As for shakes: I am a Dutch Chocolate girl. Generally plain, often on or blended with ice, sometimes with coffee (or coffee syrup) thrown in. Sometimes as RTD.

And very grateful that there is so much choice.

Likes:
Chocolate shake mix with raspberry Crystal Lite instead of water
Smores bar (although right now I'm going bar-free for a bit)
Chicken noodle soup, if it's soaked for a few hours and doctored up some with hot sauce and maybe some vinegar
Chili once it's been pre-soaked and doctored up with salsa
Garden vegetable crackers, either in soup or chili, or with salsa
Cream of broccoli soup (interesting since I actually don't like cream soups of any kind normally)
Oatmeal baked into cookies (any flavor)

Dislikes:
Vanilla shake mix with orange soda or sugar-free Tang or the like
Cream of chicken soup (I've tried adding to it, but it's still just so bland)
Peanut butter bars (I have to take tiny bites and drink a whole lot of water just to choke one down; needless to say, I won't be getting a second box!)

Oh and I really like the choc pudding! :D It was a nice treat before going to bed last night. I'm going to have the banana pudding tonight and see if I like that one as well.

Hey, Martha, what do you add to the chicken/rice soup? I'm OK with the chicken noodle, but not a big fan of the chicken with rice.

Hmmmmm.... I love the crackers with soup or with the tuna/chicken salad; today I made cream of tomato soup with cold water, salt and pepper in a shaker and it was a yummy "V-8" type drink that I'm putting on the top of my favorites list; flavored water is good with the vanilla flavored shake; couldn't live without the apple cinnamon oatmeal; raisin oatmeal bars and the chocolate mint bars are a treat!

Be sure to make the oatmeal cookies if you haven't done so. I agree that a boullion cube added to the soup makes a world of difference!

It is fun reading all of these posts of people's favorites. Great topic!

Wow, thanks for all these great suggestions, I can't wait to try some of them!

I'm going to try the puddings, crackers with salsa (I've tried celery with the salsa and that didn't get it for me), the cappuccino with crushed ice, choclolate shake with raspberry crystal light, more brocolli with the cream of brocolli soup and bollion cubes in my chicken soup and chili!

Great suggestions! WooHoo!

The raspberry Crystal Light is also good with the vanilla shake, but it looks like you're drinking a Pepto-Bismol shake.
