Well, my parents had a lunch to celebrate my dads b-day today. I had 2 MF meals. Then planned to have my L&G meal for lunch. So I had chicken and green beans. Well, THEN they broke out the cake
Yea, well let's just say, I had a slice and a couple of crackers with dip. So, should I still continue on having my MF meals for the rest of the day? Or should I not, because of the extra calories I took in with the cake? OR, would continuing on with my other meals help keep my metabolism burning, to burn off what I cheated on?
