What do you consider a snack?

Nancy, thanks so much for your explanation on snacks. I understand why the nutritionist may straight out tell people ONE snack a day even though it's possible to have one MF snack and one nonMF snack. As you said.. snacking can be one of the horrible slippery slopes.

And I admit to eating 1.5 cups of sugar free jello some times.
And I have all three types of soy crisps and the garden veggie crackers at my house! I've started trying to feed them to my roommate because I'm afraid they'll go stale long before I eat them all. I maybe have 1 MF snack a month.

I've also noticed since I changed around how I am working the plan (limiting carb intake to the 80-85 g range) that I don't NEED those little tubs of jello so much anymore. it's nice :) I always really wanted the soy crisps, but I would eat the jello instead.
