Postby krandle » May 13th, 2005, 4:47 pm

TSFL has lost my money order and i will be without my mf starting sunday. I don't know what to do. How will i get through this week. I will not have any money until tuesday. I am so scared. I will be in the ninty pound club soon. I will not eat anything. But my chicken breast and diet cook. I refuse. But i don't want to pass out because of hunger either. HELP! SOMEBODY. :help:

Hi Krandle,
If TSFL messed up your order, they'll overnight it.
Get ahold of them or your health advisor. We've never had a problem with prompt service when there's a problem like this.

okay i will give it a try again in the morning. I went to the post office this morning and they printed up proof that my money order was delivered on the ninth at 11:51 am. I faxed that proof to TSFL.

Do you have a health advisor Krandle?

One of their duties is to take care of this kind of stuff for you, so you can concentrate on better things.

We do know who to call and how to get things done also...:)

Krandle ~

What? They LOST your M.O.? I'll PM you. You can drink milk - not the best but better than nothing - use some daVinci and make it icy cold.

Krandle ~

If Take Shape got your M.O. on the 9th and processesd it at that time, and packed and shipped your package the next day, it will come via UPS ground 5-7 days. Orders under $200 are shipped the s-l-o-w way; orders $200+ come Fed Ex three business days after packing.

I tried to have a couple of boxes shipped out when I read your plea for help but Distributor Services was closed (Eastern Standard time). The soonest we can get anything would be Tuesday and that is via overnight...

I don't understand. I called them this morning at 6:50cst. And they told me that my order is on hold. Because they did not receive the money order right. But i mailed the postal money order certified. Which is how the Post Office was able to tell me exactly when you got it and what time. So my question is how is it at the center and they don't know it all this time. :?

Thanks, Lee Ann ~

Sometimes orders under $200 do arrive fairly fast but generally it is 7-10 business days.

People who live in Alaska and Hawaii will receive their orders very quickly as packages all come by air.

Other areas are open for conjecture! Some of our $300-400 orders arrived in 6 days; we got some puny orders in three.

There are a lot of factors that can affect the arrival of a package.

The Distribution Center is near Washington D.C. and opens very early in the day and closes early in the afternoon.

Depending upon the time of day the order is placed; some orders are pulled, packed and shipped the same day the order is made. If the order is placed later, especially on a Friday, it may not get pulled, packed and on the shipping dock until Tuesday. The end of the month and the beginning of the month can find the order desk and Distribution Center swamped.

I didn't find Krandle's plea for help until nearly 6 PM my time, which meant it was nearly 9 PM Eastern Standard Time. I was going to have a couple of boxes of MF 55 overnighted to her. Since the Distribution Center is closed until Monday, the soonest she could get it would be Tuesday.

Two boxes of shakes = $27.70 + $7.03 shipping = $34.73 for 7-10 day ground; to overnight it, UPS Air, shipping is $33.92 for a grand total of $61.62...

We are working on it, People and doin’ our very best for our dear Krandle, the thinnin’ woman moving in on the 100 Pound mark!
