What was everyones start weight and goals?

from reading these boards it seems to me the more you have to lose the quicker the weight comes off.
so it would be interesting to see what everyones start weight is and how much they need to lose and how much was lost the first and second week on the medifast.

I started on Medifast 1/15/06 at 270lbs the first week I lost 10lbs the second and third weeks I lost 3lbs (each week)

Total of 18 in 3 wks

Hi Holly,

I started on January 12th at 212 pounds. Here's my progress:

1st week: 6 pounds
2nd week: 2.5 pounds
3rd week: 5 pounds

For a total of 13.5 pounds

Good luck with Medifast - I love it!!

It's been awhile, but I believe I lost 5 pounds the first week, 2 pounds the second and 2 the third. With a total of 72 pounds to goal.

I started on 12/28 at 198 lbs with 73 to lose.

Weekly totals:
1st week = 9.2 lbs
2nd week = 0.8 lbs
3rd week = 2.4 lbs
4th week = 5.2 lbs
5th week = 1.8 lbs
6th week = (weigh in on Wednesday...currently at 0.6 lbs)

Such a good idea, Holly. We are all interested in each other's progress!

I started February 12 at 195. Long term goal is 135.

1st week : 6 pounds
2nd. week: 2 pounds
3rd. week: 5 pounds
4th week: 3 pounds

Total 16 pounds nearing end of 4th week on Wed. Now 179!

Looking forward to your progress. You'll get the hang of it soon! Just stay close to the MF board and all the gang!

1st week 8 pounds
now 158
goal is 125! :)

Hi Holly. I started the last week of March last year. My tentative total is 90lbs and so far I am down 79 with 11 to go. I started at 214.5 and am now 135.5. I also did stray a bit around the holidays so chances are, I could have been done by now. So, take that into consideration when looking at length of time for me.

Everyone is doing soo great!!! so far this is the BEST diet!
I have tried everything!! atkins i did for a year but got stuck at 150 pounds and then gained it all back! :(
