What time of day do you guys start & stop eating?

Hi all,
I'm new and very excited about this program. I read that it is recommended that we take the supplement ever 3 to 4 hours. Well, I worked it out and if I wake up at 8am and take my first shake, eating every 3 hours would put me at 8:00pm for my last shake. Is that too late? How do you all do it?

I'm a 7:00-10:00-1:00-4:00-7:00. The time sometimes varies one way or the other, but not by much.

I don't think 8:00 is too late, but I wouldn't go much later than that, However, I'll certainly leave that question up to the experts out here. I may not make any difference at all as long as you get all 5 packets each day.

I take mine at 8,11,3,7 and 10 that way i'm not hungry late at night. good question.

Landy's is perfect (and Amanda's is ok also - though I would like to see 3 hour increments only between shakes). It makes no matter when you take your shakes, as long as you take them pretty soon after you wake from your evening sleep, or whenever your bulk sleep ends.

If you wake at 6:00 like I used to, my schedule was like Landy's 7-10-1-4-7 (though my last one was more like 6:30 to have dinner w/ the family. Don't exceed 3 hours between shakes. This is important to keep your brain thinking it is nourished - true fact.

Thank you all so much for your help! I think I'll start at 7am --that might prove to be hard since I usually don't leave until 9 or later, but maybe I'll use that extra time for meditating and getting focused. Thanks again!
