I've lost 20 pounds and believe me when I say no one has said a word to me either. My sister in law and brother came to visit last Saturday and my sil asked me if I made my hair darker and then if I was wearing a new hair style. I almost started laughing but I figured something good had happened because she said the changes looked great.

I don't know why people don't say something because as far as I'm concerned unless a person looks anorexic , we all like to hear we look good due to weight loss.

We'd all like to, but I experienced it again yesterday. A client I hadn't seen in a few months, mentioned my haircut and not the weight loss. I said I did't lose hair but I lost 200 lbs. Then he asked how (since he is over 300lbs himself.
