Hi there! I ordered the medifast 4 week sample program. My husband has expressed an interest in trying it out. Can he use the products I ordered or is the program different for men?

All of the products are the same except for the shakes. The Medifast 55 shakes have less protein and are formulated for women. Medifast 70 shakes are for guys and women who want more protein.

Yeah, it should be fine. I would just avoid giving him the 55 shakes.

Yup,
Vicky is correct. The reason men use the 70's (and very active women) is due mainly to the added protein. Many men drink the RTD's -- which are 55's with no problem at all. Your hubby may certainly try all the products with no ill effects. If he decides to join us just have him order the 70's .
Other than that all is the same.
