.......I too have tried most every diet known to mankind and with the money I have wasted in the past 30 years I believe I could have purchased beach front property.......... 
...........but that is in the past and when a girl at work had started Optifast at a local hospital for about $2500.00 (w/out product I believe) I actually gave them a call. They could not get me in for two months and like always I want to start yesterday....
