I cheated? How long would it take for me to get back on track. How many pounds would i gain. Lets say i wanted some cheese and pork rinds. I now it sounds gross, but i love it. IT hardly have any carbs. :?

Krandle ~

Pork rinds and cheese may not have many carbs but they are pure fat.

Read the label. Check out the calories...

Cheaters can plan on taking three days to get back into the fat burning state.

How much will you gain?

I have no idea.

 No wonder you feel hungry - if you are chewing that much sugar free gum.

Sugar-free products atually :bounce: stimulate the stomach acid and gastric growling makes you feel hungry and hollow. :pour: Drinking a lot of diet pop - especially cola - and coffee also makes you feel hungry. :bib:

If you are hungry, have some oatmeal or a shake.

If you are still :weightlift: exercising like a :redhead: maniac, you'll be hungry...

Try celery with salsa or with mustard.

Bouillon or broth.

Herbal tea.

You can make some Fast Soup.

2 dill pickles.

Have a shake - it is only 90 calories but they are balanced calories...
