I've made a decision. Since I'm already in my original goal size of 6, and pretty close to a 4 (which is still unbelievable to me), I'm adjusting my goal and my ticker and declaring myself "done," at least as far as weight loss is concerned. I'd still like to get into those 4s comfortably, but I think I can do that by building muscle and burning fat. I'm pretty sure that with the added muscle, I still will NOT be at my original weight goal of 125.
And you know what? I've decided not to care. I'd much rather fit in tiny jeans and weigh 130 - and be fit and strong.
So this is it. I'm changing my ticker to reflect my decision, and I'm moving on to the next phase so I can add enough calories (and protein) to effectively build some serious muscle.
