Non Scale Victory-----like smaller clothes, lost inches, compliments from people, lower blood pressure, etc.....

Okay, it is anything that affirms we are losing weight that is not read from the scale (if I actually understand -- granted the word "scale" means the obvious for this forum). Thanks, supermom.
