What not's.....

Postby explorthis » December 16th, 2003, 9:03 am

I was reading about "what not to eat" and these were a few interesting GOOD points/area's to avoid, with good deductive reasoning... I thought them interesting:

Remember, the golden rules for foods not to eat:

1. If you can buy it through a window - don't eat it.
2. If you can supersize it - don't eat it.
3. If it comes wrapped in plastic - don't eat it.
4. If it has a hole in the middle of it - don't eat it.
5. If the first ingredient is sugar - don't eat it.
6. If it comes as a combo meal - don't eat it.

Scary, this used to me ALL me...... I think it was reversed for me, I ate the above, and nothing else.

Good points, Mike!

It got me to thinking--I haven't seen the inside of a McDonalds in five weeks!! That is most definitely a new record for me. Nor have I purchased a single pint of Ben and Jerry's New York Super Fudge Chunk Ice Cream. My car is much cleaner since there aren't empty cheeseburger wrappers in it!

Thank you MEDIFAST!! :D

I agree with you 99%... One correction---> Don't thank Medifast. Medifast helped create a small tiny window for you to see through. Jeanette created her own circumstance (broke thru the tiny window of oppertunity). Jeanette is the one that decided to make the change. Medifast is not grading/watching/thinking about Jeanette, Jeanette is the one to thank for her/your decision to make a lifestyle change...

Thank yourself, you deserve it!!!
