What do I do?? Green with no lean????

We were at a friend's house all day. I brought my shakes with me and did well. The problem is that the dinner we had was bbq chicken...great. BUT there was no green. I just ate chicken. Can I still have a salad now or should I just move on??

For future reference... every time I go to a BBQ I bring my own veggies- like asparagus or onions and peppers- wrapped in tin foil, and I ask the host to throw it on the grill for me.

I just ate my last MF for the day. I dont know what to do now. I am a mess.

Go to sleep and tomorrow is a new day! It won't make a major difference in your weight loss if you messed up a little one night :) Just be good tomorrow!
