What is everyone cooking for Easter. I always cook a ham, But that has way to much sodium. And I do not like Lamb :(

I am baking a turkey..... Will do all the other stuff that goes with it for my family. I am going to have mashed turnips, ans a small salad.

I'm trying not to think about an Easter dinner and getting a lot of sand in my eyes/ears with my head stuck down into the sand this far.....

I need to make a decision and do it soon.......I really love big family get togethers, but I don't want to do the cooking and prep this year...

Excuse me, I've got to go stick my head back down into the sand for awhile longer......

Our house is too small to host so we get out of cooking - we're going to my SIL's and I'm going to bring a bunch of supps in case there is no good L&G choice. A few months ago I would have been having nightmares about this but after losing 35#, it's easier to deal with sticking to plan in spite of what someone else might say.

I am making brisket for Saturday's Passover dinner. It will be hard to limit myself to 5 ounces because I love it! YUM-O!

My mom makes the best brisket! I wouldn't be able to eat just 5 ounces either! Atleast it's protein!!!

<---- digging Tawanda's head out of the sand!

Going to MIL's for dinner so I won't have to be around the cooking all day! Cabbage is a lean green, right? I hope not to have too hard of a time.
