And, just to add to that whole thing that Di posted... I lost 2.2 lbs.. lol. Pretty sure I would have lost alot more had I not gone off plan. Was p;robably due to all of the "exercise" on the vacation. :mrgreen:
Pre WLS 460
Low after WLS 300
Start of MF 350
Previous MF low 280
Restart MF 330

Chubby, I read this somewhere. Don't sacrifice the thing you want the most for the things you want at the moment. And for the rest of you; Blessed are the flexible for they shall not get bent out of shape. ;)

Well, well, well... What an interesting thread. All this bickering :x is so entertaining. I think it's great that everyone is so impassioned by their weight loss struggles and about MF.
