What did we eat today? 01/08

Postby Lisa Renee » January 8th, 2006, 11:56 am

Yesterday at around 10pm, I went to write out what I ate...Yet again my video card is giving me the dreaded blue screen, only this time it's red! Anyway, trying this again after my hubby waved his magic wand at my computer. Something got burnt in the wires, so hopefully his latest bandaid will do the trick for a while.

What I had yesterday was:

7am Oatmeal
10am Hot Cocoa
1pm Bar
4pm soup
7:30pm cubed chicken and schredded iceberg, about a tablespoon of salsa.(Taco Bueno chicken taco salad modified)
10PM Banana puddin (up late again!)

I will write later when I have finished out my day today!

Heh. Mine would be exactly the same as the last time, I think. And as yesterday. I'm such a creature of habit sometimes.

11 a.m. - cream of broccoli soup w/crackers
1:30 p.m. - cream of broccoli soup w/crackers and Molly McCheese
4 p.m. - chocolate mint bar
6:45 p.m. - 6 ounces tri-tip with portobello mushroom and asparagus (OK, I haven't had this yet, but I'm about to)
10 p.m. - cocoa
1 a.m. - cocoa

Just have to share a treat I had, LEGALLY!

Thinking ahead this morning I took my 1/4 cup of diced cucumbers and put them in sugar free orange jello. So with my lean and green I got an extra treat, all within plan rules, or so I think. Will someone correct me if I'm wrong? :?:

It was nice to have something 'extra' on my plate, and a very refreshing way to have that 1/4 cup of vegies. Of course my salad was a little lacking, but I don't mind have it that way.

Anyone have other ideas? Sometimes it seems that if I fool the eye into thinking I'm eating 'more' - then the stomach follows suit and feels very satisfied.....

Did the cucumber in jello taste okay? I have Jell-o cups I am going to finish before I break into the boxes that have to be made. After that, hmmmm. Maybe some :eat:
