Here is my food journal for the day. I wasn't feeling too good so no lean and green today.


9AM Oatmeal
11AM Oatmeal
2PM Bar
5PM Banana Pudding
7PM Chicken Wild Rice Soup
9PM (gonna have some cappuccino!)


I hope you all are doing well today. My tummy feels funky but I am sure I will be bouncing around tomorrow!

Hope your tummy's better soon!!! I usually go with the Medifast chicken-noodle when I'm a little off.

Today:

11:30 a.m. - broccoli soup w/crackers (and water)
2 p.m. - chili w/crackers (and water)
4 p.m. - chocolate mint bar (and water)
6:30 p.m. - 7 oz. marinated chicken breast, roasted zucchini (and water)
10 p.m. - cocoa w/SF hazelnut syrup
1 a.m. or so - cocoa w/SF marshmallow syrup

Hi guys! First day from start to finish:

7-730- Orange shake
1030ish- Fruit and Nut Bar
1230- Tomato Soup
330- Chocolated Pudding
630- Oatmeal and SF Jello
930- Grilled Salmon and mixed caul/broc

I might have one of those fast soups later on. It depends if I am hungry.
I did not like the Tomato Soup at all. I was at work, so maybe I have to eat it at home with hotter water and more added flavoring.

I was surprised by the other things, though. All very good so far.

Today...

1) shake
2) chix rice soup and crackers
3) beef with tomatoes and okra (okra ok?)
4) bar
5) shake
6) eating oatmeal as i type.

not quite as much h20 today, although im not sure how much...im getting some more in now though...

0600 - Oatmeal
0900 - Strawberry Shake
1230 - Fr Vanilla Shake
1430 - Smores Bar
1730 - 2 Cups Homemade (very carefully) beef veggie soup
1900 - Banana Pudding

Today was a very hard day hunger wise. There was also the huge temptation as I was making dinner for my two teenagers. They had grilled brats w/potato salad and chips. Tough to put those plates on the table.

06:30 Apple cinnamon oatmeal w/ Splenda and cinnamon
09:30 Cappuccino
11:30 Dutch chocolate shake w/decaf coffee
14:30 Peanut butter crunch bar
18:00 Chicken veggie & wild rice soup & 3 stalks of celery w/ mustard
20:30 Vanilla berry oatmeal with Splenda, cinnamon, and DaVinci SF Butterscotch syrup - Yum!!!!!

Day Three for me! No headache and no grumblies.

:exercise:

6:30 Shake 1 cup coffee with splash of 1/2 & 1/2
9:30 Bar w/hot tea
12:30 Chicken Noodle soup
3:45 Shake
6:30 BBQ chicken breast and 2 cups salad with zucchini, lettuce and tomato and LF/LC dressing
9:30 Planning a shake

Water: 96 ounces of water today

I ended up working late and was a little hungry when I got home but my honey had already BBQ'd the chicken. :chef: He's a keeper.
