I am on day 45 and i weigh every morning- it's a digital scale and even if i lose nothing i know i haven't gained and if i lose even .5 pounds its such a motivator for me- i can say in 45 days i have never lost 25 pounds on any other diet - besides the starve yourself diet- and still it wasn't that much starving myself.
I think to each their own weigh or don't weigh, count or don't count days whatever works for you is great!
