Hi there---what works best for me is increasing my water and cutting out all snacks like crackers, jello, etc. I also skip my lean & green once in a while & just have an extra shake or two (making that 6-7 for the day). I wish my plateaus were as short as yours... Mine last about 13 days sometimes. Ahh!
I'm not sure if I read a previous post correctly--about having 2 shakes & a lean & green? If that's ALL you're having, it's not enough. It's important to get all 5 of your MF meals in each day, along with your lean & green, so that you are getting enough. When you have all 5, you are getting all the essential vitamins & minerals you need each day. Also, since this is already a very low calorie program, if you don't have all your MF's or cut back too much, it can slow down your weight loss as well. So make sure to have them all!
