what can cause

an increase?

I am a good way thru my second week. I have been seeing good losses then stay the same and then once last week and now once this week a gain. It is only a pound each time.

I havent strayed from program in any way other then yesterday I didnt do 5&1 I did 4&1 because I didnt want to eat again at 11pm.

My L&G have been mixed such as a salad with chicken breast and egg whites or a turkey burger with cottage cheese. I cut the portions so I dont have 7oz of turkey and 1 cup of cottage cheese.

Could it just be water? I had 80oz yeseterday instead of 100+ that I normally get. I did have cheese with dinner and a baby dill so I know there was more sodium there.

I would say to lower the sodium and increase the water. I mix and match dinners too- last night I had a small hamburger and 2 ounces of LF cottage cheese, along with my veggies.

It probably is water. The movement of the scale is enough to drive one insane...that is why I have given it up for a month, that way the movement of the scale can't effect my mood of the day. :o

It makes me weigh myself even more and turns me into a freak every day. Back up with the water today.
