I gained 4 pounds when I went off during our vacation, but lost it again right away. I think it's water you gain. As long as you watch what you eat you shoukd be ok, try to stick to atkins style or south beach style like Wildtrk said and you should be fine. Have fun, hope you win!!! :mrgreen:

Hi ascicles! Have a great time!

I pigged out (lots of carbs and huge portions) one weekend and ended up gaining 3 lbs over 2 days. I lost that weight plus some in 3 days back on plan. I drank a whole lot of extra water after that weekend too.. don't know if helped, but it sure didn't hurt.
